Terms and Conditions

This is a special promotional vacation package and all the following requirements must be meet, not exceptions. You will be attending a 90 minute VIP guided resort preview introducing you to the benefits of the resort vacation club. Is only one-time presentation with no obligation to buy.

* Participants must be a married couple or Cohabitating couples must be living together for more than 2 years. Proof of cohabitation must be provided (ID: MATCHING ADDRES on Driver’s License, passport or lease agreement/deed).
* Participants must be between the ages of 30 and 65.
* Same sex couples are qualified as long as meet all the qualifications of married couples.
* Single unmarried females, meeting all other qualifications will be considered qualified and will be required to attend the tour and sales presentation alone.
* Participants must attend a courteous 90 Minute VIP resort vacation club sales presentation. Married or cohabitating couples must attend together.
* Participants must have a combined household income of at least $50,000 (U.S) per year.
* More than two COUPLES traveling together era excluded from this promotion. Groups larger than four adults and four children are also excluded from this promotion.
* Must have a valid picture ID & Credit Card, internationally accepted, VISA, MC or AMEX only (a check/debit card with Visa or MC logo is NOT accepted).
* Both participants must be able to read speak and understand English and/or Spanish fluently.
* This Offer is not available to residents of Venezuela and/or local residents of resort destination.
* This is a ONE TIME OFFER, and is not available to Current Resort Vacation Club Members or to guests who have vacationed with the destination resort in the past.
* This offer is not valid for any airline employees, hospitality employees, travel agents or vacation ownership industry employees.
* If apply, one way transfer (Airport-to-Resort) will be provided for two adults and two children, Additional transportations will be paid by the traveler. Detailed flight information needs to be provided at least 7 days prior to arrival; otherwise transportation cost will have to be absorbed by traveler.

All reservations are subject to hotel availability and confirmation. Please do not purchase airline tickets until you receive written confirmation of your travel dates. All sales are final. Vacation package is non-refundable; if offer cannot be used, client can change the date or destiny at different price.

Tours: We do not schedule tour times or set qualifications. No tours on the first day. The tours are normally conducted the day after arrival and you are committed to 90 minutes non-obligation to buy. We cannot guarantee tour time. Tour times will be assigned at time of guest check-in for the welcome center. Married and cohabiting couples MUST attend the property tour together and have matching photo ID's with identical address.
If you fail to complete your tour of the resort, fail to meet the qualifications or be truthful about your qualifying information, attempt group travel then your card will be charged accordingly.

Important Note:

*Participants in the promotion who do not meet the qualifications set forth in the above Terms and Conditions, including those who fail to attend the sales presentation or at time of check-in for the presentation are found to Not Qualify, Will Not receive a refund, and will have charged to their credit or check card minimum of $250 per night up to $375 per night for a 2 Bedroom or a minimum of $200 per night up to $300 a night for 1 Bedroom accommodations, plus all applicable taxes and the actual cost of any additional gifts awarded, less any payment made by the participant.
*Participants with confirmed reservations who fail to check into their reserved accommodations on the first reserved date or who fail to reschedule their reservations within 72 hours of their reserved date, will forfeit the package purchase price.
*By making a reservation in response to this promotion, you are agreeing to this policy.
